PAYTM.COM under one offer of 40% or Rs.500/- cashback whichever is lower. It was mentioned at the time of applying coupon code that I will be receiving the cashback of Rs.500/- after receiving the item purchased. The item was purchased on 1st july, 2014 with order number 542195848 and the proof of purchase is attached herewith this mail in which you can see the time and the statement given by paytm.com regarding the cash back of Rs.500/- after receiving the item. When I received the item, after that I did not receive any cash back from paytm.com till now and I contacted so many times to paytm customer care but they are saying that no coupon has been applied, whereas I have this proof that the coupon was applied. Even after writing to them so many times, they are not giving me the cash back of Rs.500/-. If they are such an authentic service provider then why they asked for sending the cash back after receiving the item at my end. It means that they are making fool to people like me. Now I’m feeling very much harassed by such a fraud system of PAYTM.COM. I have attached the same proof of payment with this mail for your kind reference.

I just want to get the cash back of Rs.500/- in my account and Rs.200/- which I have spent on making calls and internet use to contact the paytm customer care people. I will be satisfied if they just give the cashback of Rs.500/- back in my paytm account.
