i have ordered Paytm 2 tshirts on 23 april 2015 which is schedule to deliver on 29/4/2015 and for that offer i was about to receive a cash back on 27/04/2015 but its 30april today still they didn’t even packed my order and they confirmed that order so that i am unable to cancel the order and take my money back on being asked about this they reply that you can cancel or wait for order but now the point is i have invested the whole money and waited for one week but still i haven’t got any order now if i cancel the order its not good for me as i wasted my money and 7days waiting for it i demand discount or special offer extra apart from that order please help me thank you so much regards

money back or order as soon as possible along with the compensation for the time wasted and inconvenience.
