Sir on 22nd April i ordered Sony 2TB hard disk, but on 24th april the delivery was made with different product. Courier boy delivered me hard disk of WD company of 1TB which cost 3000 on paytm. I placed a complain on paytm care then reverse pickup was approved. But now the Ecom Ex courier guy refused to take reverse pickup asking me to call paytm for reverse pickup because the product i got from paytm was other than product mentioned on bill and they will not take the product other than what mentioned on bill. Now even paytm is not responding to my mails. Please look after this matter.

I want to return this product and full cashback or they should deliver me the correct product.
