They have delivered a fake Health supplement which may even lead to paralysis or death of a person if he consumes a fake product. After that, when i returned the product. without letting me knowing they transferred the money back to my PAYTM wallet, so that i can do shopping again in future which i do not want.

they have kept whole of the money (Rs.3250)with them and upon emailing and requesting them more than 100 times, they just do the same reply that 4% will be charged as per RBI or SBI guidelines. Now, after losing faith on them i have transferred the money but they have kept the 4% that is Rs. 130 with them.
