sir, i paid my electricity bill of ‘sbpdcl’ on 31staug2014 of rs 669 from ‘paytm‘ website. but bill was not paid and money is deducted by paytm from my pnb account.also i receive invoice of bill payment in which it was written that transaction was succesful. i complaint so many times but they didn’t listen.i also contact with director of south bihar power distribution co. ltd but they told that they had no tieup with paytm. my consumer id is 010204554725 . sir please solve my problem. i paid my bill of previous month but till now i didnt get my rs 669.please take serious action against paytm.

i want back my money which is deducted by paytm. sir in the voice it is written that bill is paid but actually bill was not paid .i paid in next month with fine and i also faced so many problems .i left my college also to complain.
