I had booked 8 bus tickets from 3 different accounts. There was no bus service at the booked date and time due to which my entire travel plan got failed. I mailed paytm several times mentioning the issue and to refund my money. But, till now money has been refunded only for 3 tickets(order# – 950616002, 950566926, 950557839). In the refund mail paytm has accepted that the bus was cancelled. But, still money for 5 other tickets(order# – 950644508, 950606973, 950595806, 950541844, 950534130) has not been refunded. I am mailing to paytm care team everyday from all the accounts but no action has been taken in this regard. Everytime paytm is assigning new tickets to the mails that i send to them but no further action or communication is done by them. they are not willing to return my money.

As all this costed me not only 3250/- INR for my tickets but because of paytm my leaves were also wasted. because of which i have to suffer the mental as well as social harassment. i want paytm to refund my tickets amount as well as the compensation for the mental suffering that i have to go through.
