I have placed an order on Paytm.com with order id 976484279 on 20-05-2015 of amount Rs. 8781. On 31-05-2015 I received an sms that the product is returned to the seller and the refund will be paid. After complaining several times refund of amount Rs. 6586 has been initiated on 02-06-2015 but Rs. 2195 is still held with PayTM. I complained about the issue to PayTM on 01-06-2015 and they confirmed that the issue will be resolved in 24-48 hours. I followed up several time after 48 hours are completed but they are yet to refund Rs. 2195 to bank. Please help.

1. I may lose Rs. 2195 2. As there is no customer voice support number available, every day I need to write email to PayTM which consumes lots of productive time during my office hours. 3. PayTM customer representative gives false commitments which leads to my mental harassment
