sir, i ordered one product worth 499 Rs. from paytm on May 20, 2015, i got that product on May 23, 2015. when i tried that then i feel that is small in size and i make a request for return on paytm. after some time i got one email from paytm that they can’t arrange pickup for that i need to ship by my self, i send it via “the professional courier” tracking no. is DEL509379880 on 8-jun-2015, that has been delivered to paytm on 13-jun-2015, but today is 22-jun-2015, till now they don’t give my refund. paytm order no. is 975610362? i want my refund(499 Rs.) plus courier charge(190 Rs.) as soon as possible.
