I ordered two jeans of fashion stylus brand from Paytm on 09.05.2015, order no.956001844 and got delivery on 18.05.2015. As the product quality was substandard, I raised return request which was approved. Paytm had earlier provided reverse pick up from my place on several occasions. But when no body contacted me for the reverse pickup, I contacted the paytm customer care but to my utter surprise I was told that reverse pick facility was not available at my location. This came as a big shock for me and I raised the matter on various forums including paytm’s facebook and twitter pages. After repeated persuasion Paytm accepted that citing non-availability of reverse pick at my location was a mistake on their part and I was assured that products would be picked by paytm at the earliest and money would be refunded. Unfortunately Paytm has neither got the jeans picked up till date nor are they responding to my queries.
Immediate reverse pickup of the product and refund of the amount
