Paytm – Reverse pickup delay not responding properly

I bought a GM cricket batting pad from Paytm and I was not satisfied as it was too heavy, so initiated return and paytm accepted to take the return however the guy came for return pick up had a different order number so he didn’t pick the product. Meanwhile in paytm it showed that the product has been returned and refund initiated. Then the refund initiated was cancelled and it has been like the same since then. I have written several emails to take the prodcut back and give me my money back but they are not responding properly. evey time a new customer care executive replies and asks the same question whether is product is returned or not and I am really frustated explaining the same again and gain.

My money is stuck with them and I am in possession of their product which I do not want. It makes me frustrated as I have to keep following up with them even when there is no mistake in my side. Why should I run pillar to post to get my money back? More than economic loss as my money is stuck with them it is the poor service which I think is unbearable
