I purchase a Glass Top 3 Burner Gas Stove, but Seller supplied me a cheap Steel Top Gas Stove. So I raised a complaint for Return and refund, but the Paytm is not ready to pick up the parcel from my home, and also denies to pay the shipping charges which is around Rs. 900/-. Paytm is not arranging a pick up for the wrong item, and wants me to ship back the item at my own risk!!!!.

I’m tired to find any customer care executive contact number, to whom I can talk and represent my case, but Paytm do not have any contact number for customer care executive. They asked me to ship through India Post, but denied me a prepayment of shipping charges, and giving me a contact number to whom I contact for confirming delivery of item.
