I have bought a room heater. they Paytm provided me a defective product. I have requested for exchange and they said they cant exchange but will refund the amount and take back the product. Now its more than a month and they are always saying we will take the product back in 2-3 days. I have mailed them more than 20 times for this.

They have not refunded my amount for last 30 days and i have been always fooled by them
