My order number is: 943646679. On 03-05-2015, I had placed an order for a Laptop from the Paytm website. The Laptop’s details are:Dell Inspiron 15 3542 Notebook. Upon receiving the item, I noticed that it was heavily damaged. Therefore, as per Paytm’s instructions I returned the laptop to them on 18-05-2015. Paytm assured me that it would refund me the money. It has been over a month now, but no actions have been taken. I have contacted them several times, but they don’t seem to pay any attention to my grievances. I had paid over Rs. 40,000 for the laptop. Every time I contact them, they respond with assurance that they will refund me the money, but no actions at all has been taken. I have been cheated and highly frustrated at their lack to live up to their motto.
