i purchased four bed sheet from paytm. They deliver it but quality was not same what i expected.so, i requested to return that product.they replied me that they don’t have pick up facility at my pin code. if they do not have all services why they accept my order.They lied to me because once before i cancelled another product they picked up from my home.and they asked me to courier that item to merchant.I agreed for that but when i asked them if i do that it would cost mr around Rs 450 would revert that amount.Still i’m waiting for their response no one is responding.They are not sharing even their contact details so i can even contact them only i have email id.i am requested for return just because it was clearly mention on his website if’ll not satisfied with the product you can return it within 15 days.i requested for return on the very same day when i received it.whenever i tried to enquire about the status of my request they replied me with different excuses. if they do not have all services at my pincode, why does he accept my order? Initially i tried to buy from flipkart, but they denied they do not have all services. when i tried to place that order as cash on delivery. They didn’t accept that too.

i want from them to pick up that product (order no 958462149??) from my home and refund my rest amount which is Rs 899.
