Paytm – Transaction failed amount debited

I had made a transaction which failed and amount was debited from my account and credited to PayTm account. After which I initiated amount to be creedited back to my Bank Account. And received a mail from Paytm saying ” We have initiated refund of 3203 to your bank/card. Your bank may take 10 working days to show this”. This was on 27th October 2014. After not receiving amount even after 10 days, and after followups, they reverted back saying ” We had a teachnical problem at our end, which has been rectified. Issue faced has been resolved. This was on 10th Sept 2014. Even after follow ups there is no revert till date, nor the amount has been credited in my bank account.

I want the amount credited back in my bank account right away.
