I am a 10 year old subscriber of vodafone no. 9899246454 and it is on my personal name rajesh Kumar ,8 years ago when i was working in a company called Institute of Computer and finance executives, at 4-B,2nd Floor,Pusa Road , i bought a vodafone connection for my colleague with the no. 9873403318(it was in year 2005) but while taking the connection I clearly mentioned on the letter head of ICFe that my responsibility for this connection is upto Rs.1000/- and this i saw in the papers (shown by vodafone store people)that it is clearly mentioned that my responsibility is upto Rs.1000/-.(Although it is 8 year old case ,and i have already left the organisation ,so legally i am not responsible for the payment of this no. but than also i am ready to pay Rs.1000/- for 9873403318..so that i can use my number 9899246454.. Vodafone has completely deactivated my number 9899246454 this is a simple case of blackmail. Kindly help me if you can.I am using another number 8010806444 for the time being .

Asof now i just want the vodafone to activate my no. 9899246454 till the resolution of this issue and if it is proved later by consumer court that i will have to pay the pending amount of 9873403318 than i will abide by decision of consumer court. Thanks n Regards Rajesh Santani 8010806444
