I was hospitalized at people’s clinic & hospital under Dr. Jose Abraham (0468 2222xx) supervision on 12th may 2014 for Cesarean as instructed. Since my starting day’s of pregnancy I was consulting Dr. Jose. He knew my history and accordingly we followed. I cesarean was done on 13th May & since this was my second child, Dr. done the family planning too. I was discharge on 20th may 14. On 24th May My new born baby died. When consulted Dr. reached saying, that he was aware of the complication before the cesarean was to happen (about 7th mth of my pregnancy) Then why was the necessary steps not taken? why was the family planing done? these questions raised by us. for which Dr.Jose said, he can open the family planing operation. Also said, put a case, nothing going to happen with him or his hospital. Finally far all this I am suffering from health, wealth. Please help me to fight with the hospital authorities for the negligence.

Necessary action to be taken with the Hospital doctor & hospital, so that others like me will not suffer the way i am suffering today.
