Have purchased bookshelves from pepperfry in April which were delivered to me on 19th may but rejected it after speaking to the customer care since it came in bad shape. As informed to me i have uploaded the images of the product and reason for rejecting it on the same day. On 21st they promised to refund my amount but have still have mot initiated the refund stating they haven’t retrieved the product in the warehouse despite i not accepting it and returning it the same day.

Since 22nd of may i have been calling them every alternate day to check the status but i get the same reply will initiate the refund at the earliest.since i jave paid it by credit card emi , i need to stop it at earliest so that i don’t end up payinh the interest.
