Hi I have placed an order(Order No. 301118974) for dining table on May 23rd 2015 @ Pepperfry.com where the delivery date was mentioned as June 15th, 2015. When the order shipped on 6th June, I got an update saying that my order will be delivered to me by 11 th June 2015. I called up pepperfry team on 9th June to know the status as when I searched it online, was sure that it can’t be delivered on 11th.The the team escalated it and assured me they will look into it and will make sure the order should be delivers by June 15th Max. But on June 15th again I called up Pepperfry team and registered a complaint…and said they will get back to me.. again they called me and said they will resolve it and the order will be delivered to me at the earliest. After 4 days . no response from them…meanwhile I checked in Safexpress thru which they shipped the product…to my surprise for the last 5 days it is showing in the same status… Today I again called and the same reply Just sick of .pepperfry Please register a complaint and take stringent action against this fraud. Thanks Abha

They should deliver the order at any cost by 21st June 2015.
