Petal Motocon pvt ltd – Not received extended warranty card book Datsun

I have purchased Dustan Go model number HR12 746936A ( Top end version of Datsun ) on 28.jun.2014 from Petal Motocon pvt ltd at Ahmedabad. Ahmedabad through invoice number 149 dated 28jun.2014 total price of 4.28 lakh include tax, I have also purchased your extended warranty period . Till date we have not received extended warranty card book. My 1st complaint of 29th July of 2014 for back side door Glass was not proper fitted and average problem than service station person checked and given explained for the same and my call was been closed . After 2 month we have gone to service station for average and service purpose .They have done it and once again same he was explained to me … After 6 month again we have gone to service station for service and complaint for average issues than he has checked and given ok & again same explained to me. At that I have found that lots of Door noise and Body vibration .No solution provided by your service team. These kind of noise not found any other cars. Today I have drop my car at Nissan Datsun service station for complaint but he has asked for service charges while my car is under warranty ( within one years ). Your company is cheating to customer for service and product also. Nissan has authorized the launch of a brand new model that is so clearly sub-standard. As presently engineered the Datsun Go will certainly fail to pass the United Nation’s frontal impact regulation. In these circumstances I would urge Nissan to withdraw the Datsun Go from sale in India pending an urgent redesign of the car’s body-shell.”So that we do not want to this type of car and Taken back of my car. As its company fault of safety of customer and good will of company this car taken back of market and will return money to customer. Because of I was purchased your car due to for Your brand image and Datsun is Japanese company it is master of technology. After that I have faced lot of problem in my car. As a safety future wise car is failure now a day we must be said this car is withdraw in market due to safety purpose . Company will bamboozle to customer .Customer has purchased care approx value of 4 lakh but you do not provide safety of man who is earning of family .this is very much dangerous of Indian road side. This car value is middle class family who is earning on family so that Your social duty to protect to customer also. No safety future in my car so that we do not want this type of car .We believe the safety and Performance .How can japness company so carless for customer safety. After reviewed no body care of safety of manpower My car go to your service station atlist 7 to 8 time within one year s time frame. I am very much disappointed with car performance and service /Safety / Average( 12 to 14 km ) issues because of your sales manager has promised to me your average min 19 to 20 km in city. And your catalogue shown in approx 22 km . I am very much dissatisfied with such type of

Datsun I was so fed up of your company and its open way of cheating people of their money so that I demanded my money back with 12% interest as indemnities
