I submitted Form 19 and 10C on 7th August ,2014 for withdraw of PF amount. But they rejected my claim because of non-submission of Form 5 & 10 which is not updated as per their opinion . In reply dated 17/9/2014 to my grievance (ROKKT/E/2014/01755) They are saying that they have sent rejection letter to my ex-employer asking for current specimen signature of the authorized signatory and updated Form 5 & 10 as Form 9 and the concerned accounts wings(PF Department) has contacted the ex-employer who has committed to submit the claim along with requisite documents shortly.In the mean time I have also contacted my ex-employer. But still now I have not yet got reply neither from my ex-employer nor from PF department.I am really fed up. please help me to get out of this problem at the earliest.
