I am not at all satisfied with the connectivity of Braodband and also dial tone.
No numbers to lodge complaints. Phone Numbers given on Bill are either disconnected or no one attends the same. Senior Officers E-Mail are not replied.

Please ensure smooth function of my Phone’s dial tone & Bradband.
Dial tone is not there for the last 20days.
