We booked a super deluxe room in M/s Pinewood Cottages Kasauli, Village Nandoh, Gaahi Road Garkhal, Kasauli (“Resort”) for two nights from August 15, 2014 to August 17, 2014 after making enquiry through internet and telephonic discussion with the manager of the resort, Mr. Ajay Pahwa, about the quality of services. After discussion, full amount of advance of Rs. 10,350/- was demanded and we were asked to deposit the same in Bank of Baroda, Account Number 10610100004874. We got a confirmation mail on 12th Aug 2014. After discussion and assurance for the quality services We reached at resort on August 14, 2014 at about 4 PM . On reaching at resort, complainant found that resort is constructed illegally without relevant licences and there was no security at resort. A person who was heavily drunk came to see us and asked to occupancy a hut which was completely damaged and it lacked basic facilities. We were completely frightened to see the condition of the resort and persons looking after the resort. We had discussion with person available there as he was drunk he could not say anything. After various persuasions, we are able to talk to the person to whom we were talking for booking and explained whole situation. After lot of discussion, he accepted his mistake and agreed to return our money on August 18, 2018. we also sent a mail about this and requested for the refund of money at same time. After this we again sent numerous mails to the resort but it was not refund Till date we are following up with the Manager of the resort, however we have not received our money back and we are still in shock about it.

we request for return of our deposited amount i.e. Rs 10,350, Our expenses during the trip amounting to Rs 15,000.
