Sir,
We have booked ticket from CHENNAI TO THANJAVUR through your THANJAVUR DEPOT on 28.8.2010,to travel on 12th September 2010,by Bus No. 323 UD departing at 20.15 from Chennai. The PNR Number is T55581311014 TICKET NO. AX700656 for three persons the total fare being Rs.630/-

But on boarding the bus we understood the bus us not a ULTRA DELUXE but ordinary one( BUS FLEET NO. TJB 673 TN01 H 9579).The fare being Rs.150/- only. Hence we asked the conductor about the change in the quality of the bus, but he could not give any satisfactory reply and also he is not able to refund the excess fare collected.

We now request you to refund us ( 3 tickets ) the excess fare collected and also Rs.500/- for physical and mental inconvenience caused to us because of the change of quality of Bus apart from the excess fare refund.

Kindly do the needful immediately.
