GRIEVANCE PERTAINS TO MY EARLIER COMPLAIN AGAINST CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA ,REGARDING PNB ATM DID NOT DELIVERED RS.10000\-,HAVING REG.NO.DEABD/E/2012/02787 WHICH WAS CLOSED BY THE SAID HONOURABLE DR.ACHINTAN BHATTACHARYA,JOINT SECRETARY WITHOUT GOING THROUGH MY COMPLAIN IGNORING ALL THE MATERIAL EVIDENCES BY ALL CONCERNED. ABOVE ALL VERY MISERABLE AND SURPRISING REPLY FROM CCSO,SRI ULHAS SANGEKAR,CBI,MUMBAI ,H.O. THAT MATTER IS OF PNB HENCE COMPLAINAINT SHOULD CONTACT PNB; IT MEANS BEING AN A/C HOLDER OF CBI ;COMPLAINAINT WILL WONDERING TO ANOTHER BANK AS PNB FOR DEFICIENCY IN SERVICES BY HIS BANK; AND ON THIS MISERABLE REPLY MY CASE WAS CLOSED. PLZ.REOPEN MY CASE IN THE LIGHT OF MATERIAL EVIDENCES AS:- 1. that, ATM guard being the keywitness is not being questioned ,which Name Address can easily be accessed by concerned Securities Agency by duty chart/log book; ** 2. that, ATM guard call details narrating whole incidence to someone Engineer ( as reported by guard) asking guideline just after the said “Failed Transaction”; 3. that, ATM complain register registered with my complain marked with signature of Guard,Myself a third party witness, 4.that, ATM CCTV footage, which should be immediately saved being a key Material evidence .
