PNB ATM Faulty – Machine Cash Debited

Dear Sir/Madam, The incident is of 28th July,2014 of near about 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm.I made exit from Nirman Vihar station and there is ATM in metro station. I entered PNB atm and inserted my card.At one point, it asks for my password and I entered it but as I look on screen there was no password entered. Keyboard of machine was not working. So I pressed cancel button 4-5 times to cancel my transaction. A white screen appears on ATM machine. I looked for security guard but there was no security there. So I have no option other than to left the ATM and to change password from any other ATM. But before changing, I got a message saying Rs. 15000 has been withdrawn from my account. I checked it and it was true. It was not my fault but ATM machine fault which stopped working. I filed a complaint on PNB customer care but they rejected my complaint. My complaint number is A001525077. Same incident happened with a girl on 26th or 27th july with the same PNB ATM. Further i requested for video but till now it has been 20 days and there is no response from bank. Please look into the matter seriously.

I want Rs. 15000 which is wrongly deducted or any compensation for inconvenience caused.
