Dear Sir! I am Vishnu Goyal s/o late. Shri Keshav Dev Goyal, R/o Bara Bazar Bajna Mathura and I am Bearing my Account No is 3644001500024589568 ,on dated 05.01.2014 I used ATM Card for withdrawal of Rs. 2000 but due to Technical failure of PNB ATM Machine ,I was unable to enter the amount after inserting of ATM PIN. Now as a standard procedure of Machine it has to restore to its actual screen but nothing happened and in fact none of its buttons were working but there was no Guard present for any assistance then I left ATM Machine. Then I got a massage of Rs. 15000/- is debited from my account I lodged a complaint at Toll Free No. 18001802222 and I met to AGM Mr. Nanda of PNB Branch Sec -18 Noida, Mr.Nand said ,we are not controller of ATM Machine this is separate Department ATM Cell services is looking ATM service . Only I’ll forward your Massage to superior They given me time of 7 working days for ATM CELL feedback Please clarify as soon as possible and solve this problem.
