Atm hanged after entering the pin. When i left that atm, after about 20min a message came came stating that Rs.10,000 has been debited from my account. Date : 7 oct 2013 Time : 2.41pm Account number:0794000100197231 This is the message which i got Your A/c XXXXXXXX00197231 has been Debited with INR 10000.00 on 07-10-2013 14:41:21 thru ATM. Aval Bal INR 1264.53 CR.Helpline 18001802222 /18001032222

I just want my Rs.10,000 back as soon as possible. Because i am facing a lot of problems due to this.
