ATM – Money not dispensed but debited Complaint/QueryDetails I Rupinder Kaur has account no. 3396000400515051 in PNB Green Avenue branch,Amritsar.In withdraw Rs. 8000/- on 4th June,2013 at 20:25 but I didn,t get my amount. I made a complaint on PNB customer care no. and got complaint no. 59839308 on 5th june,2013.After 7 working days,they rejected my complaint by saying that your transaction is successful.They told me to send email on atm cell,pnb. but they also did n”t reply me up to one week.I also went to pnb bank and the manager also send mail to atm cell and filled a form.but he refused to give any receiving to me.everyone is just refusing me saying your transaction is successful.i also reported this problem to bill lokpal. after 4 months they said we got cctv video from bank and then they replied your transaction was successful and closed my case.i was 6 months pregnant while this problem and i went to bank and it section asr many times but i did n”t get my money back. kindly do needful as I didn”t get any amount from ATM machine then how could my transaction got successful.Kindly help me as I got very harassed by PNB.I also submitted my complaint to another firm national consumer complaints with docket no.427437067514 dated/11/2014.but no response from that end till today.kindly peruse my case and try to solve if possible.
