I lost my ATM card after that i had blocked my ATM card by complain, then i talk to customer care to know the process to issue of new ATM card.Then he told me that you can get your ATM from any nearest branch of PNB,But when i gone there in farah Mathura branch,which is nearest to me.Branch Manager,refuse to issue my new ATM card.

Due to mis-behavior of branch manager of PNB farah,mathura branch….and to his REFUSE to issue the new ATM.
