I am Navdeep Sheoran a CIVIL ENGINEER IN MBL Infrastructure Delhi. I am holding a bank account in Punjab National Bank.On 4th of July around 9:15 PM went to the PNB ATM (ATM ID:N1015500) which is in Manakpura Area in Delhi,I had to do some transactions,I put my ATM Card into the machine I entered the PIN but after entering the PIN the screen goes Blue and nothing was displaying and so I was not able to enter the amount,I waited there for about 5 to 10 minutes and then for a moment screen was showing THANK YOU FOR USING PNB ATM, after that the screen again go blue and again their was nothing on the screen.
Again I wait for few more minutes but nothing happened. After a while I thought my transaction has been declined as any of ATM does not contain any of transaction for that much time and so I went back taking my ATM Card. It was around 11:15pm same day I see a message at my registered no. of PNB saying that my account has been debited with Rs.15000, I was completely shocked, I was having my ATM with me, then how could this happen.I called customer care for this, they give me my Complain ID A000907749 And told me to wait for 7 working days,but after that time they simply told me that this is a theft,I have all ready Complained in The Bank too But nothing happened.that’s all,but what about me,whose hard earned money has completely vanished of which I have no idea,whether it is bank problem,ATM problem whosoever else, why should I suffer if I have not done any mistake. Sir I please request you to look into the matter seriously. I am not going to spare my hard earned amount of Rs 15000 like this.There are many ways to find what have happened and who is the real culprit behind it as technology have developed a lot.SO I am requesting you to try your level best in this matter.I surely hope you will help me out.
