Sir I have txn on 24/04/2014..and I have complaind on 28/04/2014….I have called pnb customer care then they did not gove me satisfy answer…and my complaint did not get feedback.. They provided me 2 email add. I mailed billdesk and attach all the documents and details..billdesk reply me .they updated my payment on 26/04/2014.. But I did not get any payment… Now I am request you to plz help me..and I am giving my all details and documents..
