Poor Airtel Network Coverage- Ridiculous Customer Care

I am completely disappointed by Airtel Mobile customer care service. Airtelexecutive says that there is no manager on the floor. Ridiculous replies. Really worst service i have been following for the last 25 days for network coverage issue they are not answering properly. Totally irritating. Actually the call is made on 18-01-2014 regarding NETWORK COVERAGE not available in home, then they asking some basic details I explained 3 to 4 times to them finally the Engineer visited on 20-01-2014. Engineer said signal is low only I will forward the complaint to back office they will rectify the issue using the signal booster, after that i spoke to the engineer today morning ( 22-01-2014 ) he simply said ” Sir my work over here after the back office only need to check in area tower side, so please contact airtel customer care with the reference number they will update u the status ” then I contact to customer care one lady picked the call and she said ” area tower problem so we plan to set a new tower for that min take 6 month time period “, I shouted and ask to connect any higher level than one guy pick the call he said ” we are doing only the ticket registration u need to contact Local agent only for the further update “. Totally we have FOUR Prepaid and ONE postpaid Connection in Airtel and i made Two tickets for this issue: 1). 54702294 2). 54816139 Really I don’t know why they are giving worst solution, I need an update from u r side when the problem will be sort out other wise to whom I need contact for the further update.
