RESPECTED SIR/ MADAM,

SUBJECT: Misuse of Fund for Data Processing in Income Tax Office, Kanpur and other Cities of Uttar Pradesh – India

This is to bring your kind notice that we are the ad-hoc (Private) employees of the Income Tax Department, Kanpur Uttar Pradesh and we are working as computer operator last 6 years and we are processing the Income Tax Return on AST Software on behalf of Assessing Officer of Income Tax.

We just wanted to draw your kind attention towards the issues which we are facing, hence is the list of the issues is appended below :-

1. The fund which is released by the Ministry of Finance Govt. of India for outsourcing doesn’t reach us.

2. The Union of Income Tax Department claims to the higher authorities that the Data Processing is being done by them, however, the fact is that it is being done by us.

3. The permanent employees of the Income Tax Department takes money from the assessee on behalf of our name that the salary to us has to be given, which leaves a very bad impression of the department on the public.

4. Like this there are many other minute issues which has to be taken care off.

Further, we would like to request you that same has to be taken against this, because it is the question of the people who are engaged with the department since many years. Please do the needful as soon as it is possible.
