I bought a pair of BATA slippers 2 months back from Bangalore. Just started using them. I can see the paint is peeling off. The quality is so back that I can can’t wear them. As shown in the photo, the maroon strap is showing white surface and not wearable. I would like a full refund for this slipper immediately. I have bought shoe on 3rd April 2015 at kandivali-west, S V Road Branch. Bill No.95549 Dt. 03/04/2015 Amt Rs .1300/- after 35 days inside the shoe hole happning. when i show shoe to bata kandivali-west branch, sales man telling me the same design shoe replaceing after 2-3 days. today 29 may 2015. sales man telling me shoe are not in stock.. u buy new shoe….or complian bata consumer help edsk. bata consumer help line, no body picking up the line.. pls help me in this case. my cell no 982XX90964 Regards Amit Shah
