Hello Sir, I am a native of Kerala and working as Assistant Manager in Bank of Baroda,Trivandrum.i had a training at Chennai on September 2014 and I bought a formal shoe(costing Rs.1299) from BATA Alwarpet showroom,TTK road,Chennai,Tamil Nadu.But the very next week the shoe got damaged from the back portion and i got it replaced from the showroom with another one costing Rs.1399. But to my very disappointment the sole of this new shoe got separated from the main portion and is not in a position to be worn again.As u can imagine being an office executive i seldom has any rough use and this was a great disappointment for me since i had no option but to buy a new pair of shoes from another company.

I already contacted bata customer care through phone & email(Email Query Reference number: 294093 )several times but their reply was that it will take some more time .i also sent invoice copy and other details to customercare but It has already been a month since i raised this issue but no reply from bata thereafter. Since this incident has caused me lot of mental agony i was thinking of filing a case with the consumer court but only after hearing from them.i was cauitioned by my friends not to buy bata products but i still preferred them being a regular customer from my childhood days.iam ready to share the invoice details (Article No- 821-6947) & emails sent to the customer care.
