Dear Sir I have ordered on 2nd November 2013 Usha Automatic sewing Machine from www.shopclue.com Order ID 8185595. Product delivered on 11 November 2013. The product is very low quality, wont able to sew paints, trousers. This machine doesn’t have power to stitch paints, trousers cloths. and The product description on shopclue.com, mentioned Sewing machine have warranty of Two years. But manufacturer warranty card says only Three Months (3 Months) warranty for the motor and remaining parts one year .Motor is main and costly part in this type of sewing machine. Shopclue.com cheated me with wrong description of the Product. 12th I requested for return pickup the product as I am not satisfied with the product under their Hassle Free return in 10 days buyer protection plan. (Return Request ID:119645) After my lot of follow up through Email and Phone the return request approved on 28 November but advised via mail I need to send back the product as they are not able to arrange return pickup. Promised they will reverse up to Rs 300 shipping charge.
29th November I returned the product to Clues Network (P) Limitet ,Plot Number- 648, Bijwasan, New-Delhi-110061, Phone: 01128063316, 01128063315 via India Post AWB: CL000051342IN.. Informed them about the return shipment via E mail and phone. After my lot of follow-up with India Post and their Logistic Team product has delivered at their warehouse on 10th December 2013. However still the Product cost &Shipping charge has not revered to my card. I have send lot of Escalation mails and call still I have not got the money they are saying we are investigating your matter we will get back soon. I request your help to resolve this matter very urgently. Request you to take action against fake online shopping portal Your help to resolve this matter is appreciated
