Poor Service for Sun Direct

On 16/09/2009 made a complaint to Sun direct that there was not telecast after rains. They checked from their side and informed that a part in dish needs to be repaired. They asked me to contact the distributor MST Enterprises. In the past also I’ve tried reaching this distributor for shifting and telecast problem, but never had reached them. The same was informed to the customer care but they said they cannot do anything and kept the phone. My wife called again and checked with them to provide a different Distributor and they provided one distributor who is situated in Tambaram. When I called them they said it’s too far to come to Kottur where I stay. Again I called Sun direct customer care the same day to inform about the same. They took the complaint against the MST distributor and confirmed that the MST will call me in 24 hours, still I’ve not got the call. I called them back and told them that still I was not able to watch TV, I’ve to tell them from the first what heppened. This happens each time I’ve to call Sun direct. This was on 18/09 17:00 hrs. Still I’m not able to contact the MST ditributors with number the customer care provided to me. I’ve paid 1000/- for one subscription starting May 2009 till April 2010. Every time it rains the telecast stops and I’ve to call the customer care for checking and it becomes okay. But this time there is no telecast for three days and there is no proper customer care. Either I should get money refund for all the SUn direct equipments and subsription charges till May 2010 which I paid and they should write an apology stating their poor service. Please advise and also help.
