I am using the internet connection of Hathway company

but from last 12-13 days i am suffering a regular problem of internet slow down & very poor service from the start. I make regular complaints at my local operator(Hathway) but not any response.

He give me excuses & give me the customercare no. of Hathway.
I call many times but not any response from Hathway also.

Dear Sir/Madam,

A technical person-MR DEEPAK ENGG. from Hathway visit my place.
He give me excuses for the problem at my end but not any solution.
He told me to use my pc at his location for testing the line but sir i used a BSNL broadband line for testing at different location & result was very fine, speed was not decreasing.

Highlights of the Internet Service.

1) Bad cable quality.
2) Used/Damaged Hubs & Switches.
3) Attanding time of the complaint is very large.
4) Connectivity cable is full of knots.
5) Untrained technical persons.
