Myself Rohit Batra. I was buy a MMX Canvas A72 Mobile which have got faulty in one month. i have submited it MMX service centre faridabad and got returned in next five or six days. SC executive said ” Battery has changed” now it’s working fine but it was not charge still. I submitted again in S. Centre and I got a SMS after fifteen Days ” Your Job sheet No. N050035-0913-5232218″ has been processed. you are requested to kindly collect your handset. once SMS again received “your job sheet no. is closed” but after visit in service centre they advice me that your device is in processing and please collect this after one or Two days but after two days I got again a SMS that ” you have deposted your MMX device With us under Job sheet no. N050035-0913-5448463″ Then I called in service center they said ” we want ten days more for your device” This all is bloody shit service. MMX is not a correct service provider. Regards, Rohit Batra
