i have an airtel conection the number is 9096289222 n given an request for port out on 15th dec 2011 n recieved a call that it is been accepted on 20th dec then i hv called to airtel custurmer care n asked abt my bal refund they said it will lapse after porting out but the procedure will be done after 7 days of ur requesr n before porting u out a message will be sent to u n it will take place between00.00hrs to 05.00 hrs.But without any information they port me out n lapsed my balance with in 5 days where as it was said it will be done after 7 days.Coz of this type of behavioue airtel is loosing custumers.
