i have purchase one dining table( Rs. 13800 from pratishtha furniture in dhanbad month of 2nd November-2013 with one year warranty. we have found that after six month dining table all chair got damaged. already we have lodge the complaint regarding the same with attached snapshot on 29th April-2014. but till now no any action taken by furniture shop. i have so many phone call to shop owner regarding the same but they replied wait for some times. no any good response from their side for repairing the chair or any service. i humble requested to you kindly you ask the question why they are not interested for resolve the issue.

repair the damaged part or same has to be replaced with other useful product.
