and the airtel blackberry services were activated (300/-).On 30 november i talked to a call center attendent (7070) AJAY he assured that my services will be deactivated as the message UNPMP to 121 was showing an error and now on 1 december my 300/- was deducted from my balance. on 1december i talked to RAJKUMAR again a call center attendant(7070)he told he that my balance will be returned on 6 december and a complaint no. will be given ,but no complaint no.was given. i waited till 6th but now today is 9dec and right now i talked to arjun a call center attendent (7070) he kept me waited for 10 minutes and now no answer was given.
so i request you to please return my balance as soon as possible and i dont want to wait any longer and also request you to improve your customer care quality.
