As per directions of Prestige Drip Coffee Maker’s User Manual,just after using Coffee Filter,without COFFEE POWDER,but ONLY WATER to Remove any Dust Particles in the Appliance,the PLASTIC MOULDING Framework of the FILTER ELEMENT was Getting Thinner,Exposing,the FILTER ELEMENT.
This is causing me Mental Agony,as the Manufacturer didn’t/hadn’t engaged Their Exclusive Showroom Sales Assistant to check on all Parameters,but function in a Namesake Manner,Apart from Conveniently Printing on their Tax Invoice(document attached)Goods Once Sold Will not be Taken Back or Exchanged.The Dealer didn’t even bother to mention my Name on the Receipt,but instead has mentioned only as CARD. In Consequence,me & my Old Mother(90yrs)are made to Drink Instant Coffee,instead of the Filter Coffee,we are used to,leading to severe Dissatisfaction,early in the morning itself,leading to Creation of Stress. As I am an EPILEPTIC PATIENT,Stress is One of the Precipitating Factors of EPILEPTIC Attacks,which,I don’t want.
I have Given in Exchange Another Brand of Coffee Filter,totally(UNUSED)New,costing Rs.1229)’Original Invoice of which was bought on the Jan,7th,2014,I still have with me,for which,I was given Rs.425,as Exchange Rate at his Whim & Fancy.. So the Prestige Smart Kitchen dealer reduced Rs.425,from Rs.1995,making me pay Rs.1570. Hence I expect the whole Amount+Transportation Charge of Rs.150(Rs.2145),to be Repaid back to me,to acquire a Different Brand of Coffee Maker.Thank you
