Prestige Induction Cooker – some time even the induction cooker does not start

Complaint No.: FAR 26159 dated 13/10/2013, GUR 11276 dated 01/10/2013 and 13G-29APIC001 dated 28/07/2013 for last 3 months I am facing the same problem as my induction cooker’s touch panel is not working and some time even the induction cooker does not start. Prestige service man visited my home but did not do any thing satisfactorily and my device is still having same problem. I feel that some part is faulty in this device and prestige is not intending to replace / repair the same.

I want my induction cooker to be replaced with new one as the device with me is permanent faulty.
