This is regarding a Prestige outlet which is selling defective cookers and when returned for repair, they delay it for months together and later they say.. ” Who are you ?”. We purchased a Prestige Cooker in the month of November (2012) at Prestige Smart Kitchen Outlet, Near Gulmohar Park, Serilingampalli, Hyderabad -19. The Cooker was defective and we returned the cooker to the outlet person for repair ( the next day of purchase ). They asked us to give the bill so that they can get it repaired and asked us to come back after 1 week. We asked about the status week after week. But, they didn’t resolve the issue. But, when we visited on 12th March 2013, we were shocked with their response. The outlet person says ” who are you ?” and asked us to get out of the shop. When we said that we are logging a complaint with Consomer Forum, they started threatening that he will kill us. This happened to more than 10 people whom I know. But, everyone left it without raising any complaint, as it’s only a matter of Rs. 1200 and it needs more time and money than we have already lost to that fraudster. Request you people to take this issue seriously and help the people staying Near Gulmohar Park, Serilingampalli, Hyderabad and free them from such fraudsters. Thanking You In Advance.

Action has to be taken against the Prestige Outlet person so that no other customer faces such problems in future.
