I had purchased transparent visiting cards via order no. 4256-1604-4800 on March 22, 2015. The cards were purchased online. I had customized the cards on their website. However, when I received the cards, the color scheme that was shown on the website and the one that I received were different. On the website, the background was much lighter. On the final product the background is very dark. As a result most of the important information and the contact details are not visible. I have attached a file with two photos. One is of how the product looks on their site. And the other one is of the actual product that I received. As you will see, the name, address, mobile number etc are not visible on the final product received by me. I contacted them via support request no. 191076. They claim that the product that I received is upto their standard
As you can see, the visiting cards are for a beauticiam. These visiting cards where printed so that I can spread awareness of my business as a beautician. March – April – May are wedding season and peak business time for me. Because of the unreadable cards, I could not easily spread information about my business to people who asked me about my information when they saw my work at various weddings, This resulted in poor service from my end and thus considerable amount of financial loss. Also, the correspondence on the support ticket was very slow and time consuming from printvenue support staff, leaving me in a state of uncertainty during peak business time.
