Problem in iball Andi 5L – No Customer Service

I have purchased Andi 5L handset from Vijay sales on 22-6-13. After few days I realized that it has speaker problem. I rush to the vijay sales they told me go to the iBall service center. I went to the service center. Service engineer told me to keep mobile for the service. So that on 10-7-13 I leave my handset there for service. After 4 days service engineer gave me back my mobile but no use there was same problem with my handset. Again I have to keep my mobile service center for repairing. I asked for the replacement but I couldn’t get the DOA (It is letter for replacement for new handset from shop) letter. But because of lost of mobile carton from my end they promised to give replacement not for DOA letter. On 30-7-13 they gave me unwrapped new mobile as they are saying but again the problem was there as it is. Now I don’t want mobile I want my money back. Because there are different iball customers who got fade up of this kind of services. I have just waste my money, time, & energy. We have to do something so that this company not to sell this type of product. So no innocent will suffer again.
