I had taken a family Medicare policy from UNITED INDIA CO.LTD(heritage health TPA Pvt.ltd)on year 2010 from patna branch, state bihar. Its one time premium was 5,045/- per year.They offered me CASHLESS FACILITY AT LIMITED NUMBER of HOSPITALS;In May 2011 unfortunately my wife going under a accident so we are going to hospital SRI RAM HOSPITAL,PATNA.At the time of admission in hospital we are requested to Heritage health TPA Pvt Ltd. kolkata to provide cashless facility,but They are ignore my request.Next day of admission i talk to United india adviser regarding problem & also requested in writen,he assured me about claim filing after treatment.After discharge from hospital i made claim with all supportive document.but till today 23/11/11 the company not paying attention in the problem.
