I have made an online purchase for a pair of reebok shoes & TNF wrist watch worth of Rs.2548 using my icici debit card on 2nd of march 2013. I have not recieved my product yet. I have tried calling customer care service number many times, but they have never attended my phone calls. I also wrote a complaint on 7th of march and 12th of march for which i did not get any response yet. I also contacted the courier people by giving them the tracking number, they said that this tracking number is invalid. Please help me.
